Tips For Making The Best Blueberry Muffins

- **Use fresh or frozen blueberries.** Fresh blueberries are ideal, but frozen blueberries will work just as well. If using frozen blueberries, thaw them before adding them to the batter. - **Don't overmix the batter.** Overmixing will make the muffins tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined. - **Fill the muffin cups only 2/3 full.** This will allow the muffins to rise properly without overflowing. - **Bake the muffins at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes.** Check the muffins for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center. If the toothpick comes out clean, the muffins are done. - **Let the muffins cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.** This will help prevent the muffins from sticking to the pan.
