I made this for Super Bowl Sunday. It was super quick and no one could tell the difference between those that took longer in the oven. My new favorite way to make nachos. :)

Steps:
- 1. Prepare ground beef and taco seasoning according to package directions. Be sure to drain off as much grease as possible when browning the meat.
- 2. Meanwhile, put tortilla chips on a large microwave-safe platter. Sprinkle with meat mixture. Dab on refried beans. Sprinkle on cheeses, onion, and jalapeños.
- 3. Microwave at medium (50% power) about 2 minutes. Watch carefully. Microwave just until the cheeses loose shape and start to run together and nachos are steaming.
- 4. Carefully remove from microwave. Let stand one minute and serve with sour cream or salsa on the side. Plate will be HOT!
Tips:
- Use fresh ingredients whenever possible. Fresh ingredients will give your nachos the best flavor and texture.
- Don't skimp on the cheese. Cheese is what makes nachos so delicious, so don't be afraid to use plenty of it.
- Use a variety of toppings. The more toppings you use, the more interesting your nachos will be.
- Don't overcrowd the nachos. If you put too many toppings on your nachos, they will become soggy and difficult to eat.
