1/2 c ketchup
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp chili powder
1 6-oz pkg seasoned stuffing mix, prepared

Steps:

  • 1. Cut pocket in pork chops. Stuff with stuffing.

  • 6. NOTE: Cooking times can vary depending how thick your chops are. The last time I made this, my chops were pretty thin and they only took around 10-15 minutes.

Tips:

  • Choose thick-cut pork chops for a more flavorful and juicy result.
  • Use a sharp knife to make a deep pocket in the pork chops, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  • Stuff the pork chops with a variety of fillings, such as bread crumbs, cheese, vegetables, and herbs.
  • Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and any other desired spices before cooking.
  • Cook the pork chops in a microwave-safe dish covered with plastic wrap for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  • Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
