9 tablespoons butter, divided
1 cup plus 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar, divided
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons cinnamon applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon, divided
1 Granny Smith apple, peeled and finely chopped
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup caramel sundae syrup

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 325 F. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
