- Preheat oven to 420 degrees fahrenheit.
- Place bread on non-stick cookie sheet.
- Cook for five minutes (each side 2-1/2 minutes).
- Remove from oven.
- Spread sauce over toast.
- Add the cheese and the pepperoni.
- Turn up oven to "broil".
- Place toast into oven for NO MORE THAN TWO MINUTES. Check constantly.
- Remove from oven.
