3 cups sunflower kernels
2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
1 cup crisp rice cereal
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup peanut butter

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the sunflower kernels, coconut and rice cereal. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar and syrup. Bring to a boil; boil and stir for 2 minute. , Remove from the heat; stir in peanut butter until well blended. Pour over sunflower mixture; stir until coated. Press into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. pan. Cool; cut into bars.

2 ½ cups quick oats
2 cups granola (such as Kashi®)
½ cup sunflower seed kernels
½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
¼ cup raisins
¼ cup sweetened dried cranberries (such as Craisins®)
¼ cup ground flax seeds
⅔ cup crunchy peanut butter
⅔ cup honey
⅔ cup light brown sugar

Steps:

  • Mix quick oats, granola, sunflower seeds, chocolate chips, raisins, dried cranberries, and ground flax seeds together in a large bowl.
  • Combine peanut butter, honey, and brown sugar together in a saucepan, stirring constantly over medium-low heat until sugar melts, about 5 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat and pour peanut butter mixture over cereal mixture, stirring until well-blended. Press mixture firmly into 9x13-inch pan. Cut into 16 bars.

1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup honey
4 cups quick-cooking oats
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and honey. Heat, uncovered, until warmed, 20-30 seconds. Stir until smooth; add remaining ingredients and stir until combined. Transfer to a lightly greased 13x9-inch pan; gently press mixture into pan. Cover and refrigerate until set, 1 hour or overnight. Cut into bars.
