1 (14 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can water

Steps:

  • (You can add another can of water for moister rice.).
  • Chicken breasts or tenders.
  • In a greased 9 x 13 pan, mix the box of rice, cans of celery and mushroom soup and.
  • one can of water. I always add the extra can of water because I like moist rice.
  • Arrange the raw chicken on top of the rice mixture....
  • Cover and seal with foil.......
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours and "Don't Peek!".

It was always a ceremony for the kids because I'd put them in the oven just before they went to bed. In the morning the cookies would be "miraculously" all done. Use any color of food coloring you desire.

4 egg whites
1 pinch salt
1 dash cream of tartar
1 ⅓ cups white sugar
4 drops green food coloring
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
½ teaspoon peppermint extract

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a cookie sheet.
