1 ½ tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
3 cloves garlic, grated
¼ cup ketchup, plus 2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon molasses

Tips:

  • Choose high-quality pork baby back ribs. Look for ribs that are meaty, with a good amount of marbling. Avoid ribs that have been trimmed too much or that have a lot of bone and little meat.
  • Use a dry rub to season the ribs. A dry rub helps to create a flavorful crust on the ribs and prevents them from drying out. You can use a store-bought dry rub or make your own using spices like paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder.
  • Cook the ribs slowly and low. This allows the ribs to become tender and fall off the bone. You can cook the ribs in the oven, on the grill, or in a slow cooker.
  • Baste the ribs with BBQ sauce or other liquid during cooking. This helps to keep the ribs moist and flavorful.
  • Let the ribs rest before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, resulting in more tender and flavorful ribs.

Conclusion:

One-pan baby back ribs are a delicious and easy-to-make meal that is perfect for any occasion. By following the tips above, you can create fall-off-the-bone ribs that will be a hit with your family and friends. So next time you're looking for a tasty and impressive meal, give one-pan baby back ribs a try.
