Tips:
- Use ripe bananas: The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your banana bread will be.
- Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing will make the bread tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Let the batter rest for a few minutes before baking: This will help the gluten to relax and make the bread more tender.
- Bake the bread at a moderate temperature: A temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) is ideal.
- Check the bread for doneness with a toothpick: Insert a toothpick into the center of the bread. If it comes out clean, the bread is done.
- Let the bread cool completely before slicing: This will help to prevent the bread from crumbling.
