Yield 4 servings

Number Of Ingredients 13

1 lb ground beef
½ cup seasoned bread crumbs
½ onion, finely minced
1 egg
1 tablespoon kosher salt, divided, or to taste
1 tablespoon pepper, divided
2 tablespoons canola oil

Tips:

  • Use good quality ingredients: Fresh, high-quality ingredients will make a big difference in the taste of your pasta and meatballs.
  • Don't overcook the pasta: Cook the pasta according to the package directions, or slightly al dente. Overcooked pasta will be mushy and unpleasant to eat.
  • Season the meatballs well: Be generous with the seasonings when making the meatballs. This will help to give them a flavorful and delicious taste.
  • Brown the meatballs before cooking them in the sauce: This will help to develop their flavor and give them a crispy crust.
  • Use a good quality sauce: A good homemade sauce will make all the difference in the taste of your pasta and meatballs. If you don't have time to make your own, use a high-quality store-bought sauce.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs: Fresh herbs, such as basil or parsley, add a pop of color and flavor to your pasta and meatballs.
