1/3 cup plus 2 teaspoons sugar, divided
2-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons cold butter
3/4 cup orange yogurt
1/4 cup orange juice
2 teaspoons grated orange zest

  • In a bowl, combine the flour, 1/3 cup sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt; cut in butter until crumbly.
