CREAMY PARMESAN NOODLES
MY MOTHER served noodles with cottage cheese as a main dish on many a meatless Friday. I altered the recipe a little as a side dish, but it still makes a good main dish. I especially like to serve it with Swiss steak...the special blend of flavors makes it companionable to any meal, though. -Elizabeth Ewan, Cleveland , Ohio

Tips:
- Use fresh parsley: Curly or flat-leaf parsley can be used, but fresh parsley is essential for the best flavor.
- Chop the parsley finely: This will help to distribute the flavor throughout the dish.
- Add the parsley at the end of cooking: This will prevent the parsley from wilting and losing its flavor.
- Use unsalted butter: This will allow you to control the amount of salt in the dish.
- Season to taste: Add salt and pepper to taste before serving.
Conclusion:
Parsleyed noodles are a simple but delicious dish that can be enjoyed as a side dish or main course. With just a few ingredients, you can create a flavorful and satisfying meal.
