1-1/2 cups peanut butter
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
3 large eggs, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4-1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup M&M's miniature baking bits

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, cream peanut butter, butter and sugars until blended. Beat in eggs and vanilla. In another bowl, whisk oats and baking soda; gradually beat into creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and baking bits., Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 12-14 minutes or until edges are browned. Remove from pans to wire racks to cool. Store in airtight containers.

1 1/2 cups peanut butter
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
2 teaspoons baking soda

1 cup miniature M&M baking bits

1/2 cup softened marg
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 1/2 cup peanut butter
3 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. van 1 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 cup instant oatmeal not cooked
1 cup choc chips
1 cup m&ms

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350% Cream together the marg, sugars, Peanut butter & eggs in a large bowl until light. Blend in baking soda, vanilla & oats untilwell mixed. Stir in choc chips & M&Ms.
  • 2. Drop by heping Tablespoon on to a greased or you may use parchment paper cookie sheet. Press the tops down to slightly flatten. Place a couple inches apart.
  • 3. Bake 12 to 15 min. or untilfirm in the center. Remove to wire racks to cool
