PINEAPPLE, ORANGE, MANGO, BANANA SMOOTHIE
I make this delkcious smoothie every single morning, and not only is it an extremely healthy way to start the day but it's also very quick & simple to make! The added protein powder replaces any high-calorie protein that you might normally have on the morning (eggs, bacon, sausage, etc) and it will help keep you full longer than if it were just a pure fruit smoothie. I buy the frozen pineapple and mango chunks from Costco, and each week I buy a bunch of ripe bananas and peel them, cut them in half and throw them in a bag in the freezer. Then it takes me less than 5 mins to make it in the morning. And this has also replaced my morning coffee habit of 2 cups a day because I add 1/8 tsp of caffeine powder to it as well.

Tips:
- Choose ripe fruits: Using ripe fruits will ensure your smoothie is naturally sweet and flavorful. Look for fruits that are brightly colored and free of blemishes.
- Freeze your fruits in advance: Freezing your fruits before making the smoothie will help to thicken it and make it more refreshing. You can freeze fruits in individual portions or in a large bag.
- Add a variety of fruits: Don't be afraid to mix and match different fruits to create your own unique smoothie. Some popular combinations include pineapple, orange, mango, and banana; strawberry, blueberry, and raspberry; or peach, apricot, and honeydew melon.
- Use yogurt or milk: Yogurt or milk can be added to your smoothie to make it creamier and more filling. If you are using yogurt, choose a plain, unsweetened variety. If you are using milk, choose a low-fat or skim milk.
- Add a sweetener: If your fruits are not sweet enough, you can add a sweetener to your smoothie. Some popular sweeteners include honey, agave nectar, or maple syrup.
- Add a protein powder: If you are looking for a more protein-rich smoothie, you can add a protein powder to your recipe. Protein powders are available in a variety of flavors, so you can choose one that you enjoy.

They are packed with nutrients and antioxidants, and they can be easily customized to your own liking.
