2 tablespoons sugar
8 ounces cranberry sauce, whole
1 cup pineapple, crushed
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup Dream Whip

Steps:

  • Drain pineapple, and soften cream cheese.
  • Blend all ingredients except Dream Whip. Fold in Dream Whip.
  • Pour into muffin tins lined with paper bake cups and freeze.
  • After they are frozen, leave the paper cups on and put them in a plastic bag in the freezer, to be kept until ready to use.

1 (3 ounce) package jell-o mixed fruit gelatin
1 dash salt
1 cup boiling water
1 (8 3/4 ounce) can pineapple tidbits
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 cup whipping cream
1 medium banana, diced
1/2 cup seeded halved grapes
1/4 cup diced maraschino cherry
1/4 cup chopped nuts
2 cups sour cream

Steps:

  • Dissolve Jell-O Gelatin and salt in boiling water. Drain pineapple, measuring syrup; add water to make 1/2 cup, if necessary. Stir into gelatin with lemon juice.
  • Blend in mayonnaise. Chill until very thick. Whip cream. Fold fruits, nuts, and whipped cream into gelatin.
  • Pour into 2 freezing trays or a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Freeze until firm-at least 3 to 4 hours.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
¼ cup white sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
1 (8.5 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 banana, diced
1 (16.5 ounce) can pitted dark sweet cherries, drained
1 (15 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup miniature marshmallows
cooking spray

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese in a large mixing bowl using an electric mixer until fluffy. Add sour cream, sugar, and salt; mix well.
