Tips:
- For a crispy chicken: Make sure to pat the chicken dry before cooking. This will help the skin crisp up.
- Use a large skillet: This will help the chicken cook evenly.
- Don't overcrowd the skillet: If you crowd the skillet, the chicken will steam instead of fry.
- Cook the chicken over medium heat: This will help it cook through without burning.
- Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the chicken: It should reach 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving: This will help the juices redistribute throughout the chicken.
- Serve with your favorite sides: Rice, vegetables, or mashed potatoes are all great options.
Conclusion:
Polynesian chicken is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight dinner. It is also a great way to use up leftover chicken. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a flavorful and satisfying meal that the whole family will enjoy.
