INDIANA FARMHOUSE GOULASH, QUICK AND EASY
This was a once a week supper when I was in high school. Its quick and easy. You can vary the taste with chili powder or garlic. You can add other veggies, if you like. Or top with cheese. Its just a quick basic supper Mom relied on and, when we were kids, we loved it. I still make it once a month or so. Good comfort food.
