1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup (or your own)
1 (10 ounce) can beef consomme
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 teaspoon chili powder (I use 1/2 tsp. hot chili powder, 1/2 regular)
1 dash dry mustard
1 dash cayenne pepper (I use 1/2 tsp._)

Steps:

  • Cook beef, celery and onion in skillet. Drain off fat.
  • Add soups, spices.
  • Heat to bubbly. Serve over rice.

4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
