1 cup water
1 cup white sugar
12 fresh mint leaves, or more to taste
⅛ lime
12 fresh mint leaves, or more to taste
⅛ fresh mango, peeled and cubed, or more to taste
1 ½ fluid ounces coconut-flavored rum, or more to taste

club soda, or as needed

Steps:

  • Combine water and sugar in a small pot over medium heat. Whisk until sugar dissolves in the water. Add 12 mint leaves. Bring to a boil and whisk for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let cool, about 30 minutes.
