Milky Ways, cut into bite-sized pieces
Snickers, cut into bite-sized pieces
Kit Kats, cut into bite-sized pieces
Reese Peanut Butter Cups
Bacon
Brown Sugar
1 cup strawberries, quartered
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blueberries
3 tablespoons sugar
1teaspoon vanilla extract
Potato Chips
Mini Pretzels

Steps:

  • I don't think anyone needs a lesson in how to build a s'mores, but here's the idea...
  • Using a stick, long grilling fork, or wood skewer, stick on a marshmallow and roast over an open flame for 30-60 seconds, or until toasted.
  • Place roasted marshmallow between 2 graham crackers (or cookies, etc) lined with chocolate (or other toppings) Devour immediately.

Rich S'mores image

Take the classic s'more to a new level! Homemade oatmeal cookies, rich chocolate and marshmallows. The campground classic will never be the same.

8 large oatmeal cookies
4 ounces milk chocolate
8 large marshmallows

Steps:

  • Preheat grill for high heat.
  • Place 1 ounce of chocolate on the flat side of 4 of the oatmeal cookies. Skewer the marshmallows, and roast them, turning constantly, until they are a golden brown all over.
  • Slide a warm marshmallow onto the chocolate and top it with another cookie (flat side down). Repeat for all cookies. Let sit for a couple of minutes to melt chocolate, and serve.

1 graham cracker
1 (1.5 ounce) bar chocolate candy bar

Steps:

  • Heat the marshmallow over an open flame until it begins to brown and melt.
  • Break the graham cracker in half. Sandwich the chocolate between the cracker and the hot marshmallow. Allow the marshmallow to cool a moment before eating.

Traditional S'mores image

One 6-ounce chocolate bar (recommended: Hershey's)*
8 jumbo-size marshmallows
8 full honey-flavored graham cracker sections (can substitute cinnamon-flavored graham crackers or chocolate-flavored graham crackers)
Chopped nuts
Caramel, chocolate, or strawberry ice cream topping
Mini chocolate chips
Whipped cream
Bananas
Chocolate candy pieces (recommended: M&M's)

Steps:

  • Preheat a grill to medium. Alternatively, you can roast the marshmallows over an open fire.
  • Break each graham cracker section in half. Divide chocolate bar into 8 equal parts. Place each chocolate piece on top of half of a graham cracker.
  • Divide marshmallows among several long skewers, spacing them far enough apart so that they won't melt together. Place marshmallows on grill and cook over medium heat, turning slowly, until golden brown. Carefully remove marshmallows from skewers and set on top of chocolate pieces. Add toppings of your choice. Place the other half of the graham cracker on top to form the perfect S'more.
