Tips:
- Fresh Ingredients: Use the freshest vegetables you can find for the best flavor and texture.
- Quality Olive Oil: Choose a high-quality extra virgin olive oil for the dressing, as it will greatly enhance the flavor of the salad.
- Well-Drained Beans: Make sure to drain and rinse the beans thoroughly before adding them to the salad to avoid diluting the dressing.
- Crisp Lettuce: Use crisp lettuce, such as romaine or butterhead, for a refreshing contrast to the other ingredients.
- Balanced Dressing: Adjust the proportions of vinegar, olive oil, and Dijon mustard in the dressing to suit your taste preferences.
- Optional Additions: Feel free to add other ingredients to the salad, such as crumbled feta cheese, sliced hard-boiled eggs, or chopped nuts, for extra flavor and texture.
