Tips:

  • Choose the Right Tea: For the best flavor, use a high-quality black tea, such as Assam or Darjeeling.
  • Use Fresh Rose Water: Look for rose water in the international aisle of your grocery store, Middle Eastern markets, or online. Avoid rose extract, as it has a more concentrated flavor.
  • Sweeten to Taste: Add sugar, honey, or your favorite sweetener to taste. You can also use flavored syrups or fruit juices for a sweeter and more flavorful iced tea.
  • Garnish with Rose Petals: For a beautiful presentation, garnish your iced tea with fresh or dried rose petals.
  • Chill Thoroughly: Make sure to chill the tea for at least 2 hours, or overnight for the best flavor.
