EASY SAUSAGE, SPINACH AND EGG DINNER

Easy Sausage, Spinach and Egg Dinner image

This is easy and delicious and makes a quick week night meal --- ground beef may be used in place of the sausage meat but I prefer the sausage meat --- it's important to make certain to squeeze out any excess moisture on the spinach with your hands --- serve with crusty bread and butter.

Tips:

  • Choose flavorful sausage: Breakfast sausage, Italian sausage, or chorizo are all great options that will add a lot of flavor to your dish.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan: If you're cooking for a large group, cook the sausage and spinach in batches. Otherwise, the sausage won't brown properly and the spinach will wilt too quickly.
  • Cook the eggs until they're set: You can cook the eggs to your desired doneness, but make sure they're cooked through before serving.
  • Season to taste: Add salt, pepper, and other seasonings to taste. You can also add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat.
  • Serve immediately: Sausage and spinach eggs are best served immediately, while they're still hot and fluffy.

Conclusion:

Sausage and spinach eggs are a quick and easy breakfast or brunch recipe that's perfect for busy mornings. It's also a great way to use up leftover sausage and spinach. With just a few simple ingredients, you can have a delicious and satisfying meal on the table in no time. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy breakfast or brunch recipe, give sausage and spinach eggs a try. You won't be disappointed!
