  • Use Fresh Ingredients: The fresher your ingredients, the better your bread will taste. Whenever possible, use fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, and spices.
  • Don't Overmix the Batter: Overmixing the batter will make your bread tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Use the Right Pan: The type of pan you use will affect the texture of your bread. For a crispy crust, use a metal loaf pan. For a softer crust, use a glass or ceramic loaf pan.
  • Bake at the Right Temperature: The temperature of your oven will also affect the texture of your bread. For a light and fluffy bread, bake at a moderate temperature (350-375°F). For a denser bread, bake at a higher temperature (400-425°F).
