2 (6 ounce) cans baby shrimp
10 3/4 ounces tomato soup
1 (1/4 ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped

Steps:

  • Drain shrimp and rinse well. Set aside.
  • Bring undiluted soup to a low boil (watch not to splatter).
  • Dissolve the gelatin in 1/2 cup warm water, add to soup and stir well.
  • Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise together.
  • Add the tomato soup and beat mixing well.
  • Fold in celery and onion with a wooden spoon.
  • Fold in the shrimp, being careful not to break shrimp.

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
2 (.25 ounce) envelopes unflavored gelatin
½ cup cold water
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 pound cooked shrimp
1 cup minced celery
½ cup green onions, minced

Steps:

  • Heat soup in a small saucepan or in a microwave oven.
  • In a medium bowl, stir gelatin into cold water. Mix hot tomato soup into the gelatin liquid.

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed

I've had this recipe for years, everyone who loves shrimp loves this dip. Serve with your favorite crackers. For special occasions pour mousse in a football shaped mold, or for Christmas a pine cone or stocking. Shapes are endless.

1 can(s) tomato soup
6 ounce(s) cream cheese
1 cup(s) mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) knox gelatin
1/4 cup(s) hot water
1/2 cup(s) finely chopped celery
