SHRIMP PIL PIL
This is a wonderful dish that I had while on the coast of Spain. It should be enjoyed with a good white wine or sangria, and warm crusty bread. I could not find a recipe that came close to what I had in Spain so I came up with this recipe myself. It is a big hit with family and friends. Enjoy. This can be made ahead of time and the recipe can doubled.

Tips:
- Use fresh shrimp. Frozen shrimp can be used, but fresh shrimp will give the dish a better flavor and texture.
- Do not overcrowd the pan. If you overcrowd the pan, the shrimp will not cook evenly and will become rubbery.
- Cook the shrimp in batches if necessary. If you have a lot of shrimp, you may need to cook them in batches.
- Do not overcook the shrimp. Shrimp cooks quickly, so be careful not to overcook them. Overcooked shrimp will be tough and rubbery.
- Use good quality olive oil. The quality of the olive oil you use will make a big difference in the flavor of the dish.
- Add the garlic and chili peppers at the end of cooking. This will prevent them from burning.
- Serve the shrimp pil pil immediately. This dish is best served immediately after it is cooked.
Conclusion:
Shrimp pil pil is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a quick and easy meal. It is a great way to enjoy fresh shrimp and is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
