  • Choose Fresh, High-Quality Ingredients: The quality of your ingredients will greatly affect the taste of your dish. Whenever possible, choose fresh, high-quality ingredients.
  • Don't Overcook the Fish: Filet of sole is a delicate fish, so it's important not to overcook it. Cook the fish until it is just cooked through, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  • Use a Light Hand with the Seasonings: Sole is a mild-flavored fish, so it's important to use a light hand with the seasonings. Too much seasoning can overpower the delicate flavor of the fish.
