1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes with mild green chilies, undrained
1 cup frozen corn
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese, optional

Steps:

1 large onion, chopped, 2 cups
1 large green pepper, chopped, 1 3/4 cups
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed, drained

fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
