1 cup milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup butterscotch chips
1/4 cup peanut butter
~For the Second Layer:
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups marshmallow creme
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups chopped salted peanuts
~For the Third Layer:
14 ounce package caramel cubes
1/4 cup heavy cream
~For the Fourth Layer:
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup butterscotch chips
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

Steps:

  • ~First Layer Prep: * Lightly spray 9×13 baking pan with cooking spray. * Over medium heat, melt milk chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butterscotch chips in small saucepan. * Stir together until completely melted and smooth, then pour into the baking pan. * Spread the mixture evenly with a spatula, then refrigerate until set. ********************************************************************** ~Second Layer Prep: * Melt butter over medium-high heat in saucepan. * Add sugar and evaporated milk and bring to boil. * Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. * Remove from the heat and quickly mix in marshmallow creme, peanut butter, and vanilla. * Add peanuts to mixture and spread evenly over chocolate layer. * Refrigerate until set. ************************************************************************ ~Third Layer Prep: * Melt caramels and heavy cream over low heat until smooth. * Pour over peanut mixture and refrigerate until set. ************************************************************************ ~Fourth Layer Prep: *Repeat step one by melting chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter over low heat until smooth. * Pour over caramel layer and refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting.

1/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup milk
3 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
30 caramels, unwrapped
1 tablespoon water
2 cups salted peanuts
1 cup chocolate chips (milk chocolate, semi-sweet "or" a combination of the two)

Steps:

  • In a microwavable bowl, combine the sugar, cocoa, butter and milk.
  • Microwave on high for 3 minutes or until boiling.
  • Stir in confectioner's sugar and vanilla.
  • Pour into a foil lined greased 8 inch square pan.
  • In another microwavable bowl, heat caramels and water on high for 2 minutes or until caramels are melted.
  • Stir in peanuts and spread carefully over chocolate layer in pan.
  • In a small microwavable bowl, melt chips on high in the microwave for 1 minute or so.

2 cups white sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup butter, melted
½ cup milk
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate
cooking spray
½ cup chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • Mix sugar, flour, and salt together in a 2-quart glass mixing bowl. Stir in 1/2 cup melted butter and milk, then add chocolate.
  • Microwave on high power for 5 minutes. Remove from the microwave and stir until chocolate is melted and thoroughly mixed in.
  • Return to the microwave and cook to the soft ball stage or 245 degrees F (118 degrees C), about 4 minutes.

I haven't tried this yet, but I love fudge and I love snickers so it's got to be good!!! LOL!!!!!I got this from a Pillsbury cookbook. You can do this either on the stove or in the microwave.

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (3 3/4 ounce) Snickers candy bars, chopped
1 (12 ounce) can milk chocolate frosting

Steps:

  • Line an 8-inch square pan with foil, extending foil over the edges.
  • Spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Set aside.
  • Melt chips in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat.
  • OR.
  • Microwave chips in medium microwave safe bowl on high for 1-2 minutes or until chips are melted, stirring occasionally.
  • Reserve 2 Tbsp of the candy bars.
  • Add frosting and remaining candy bars.
