½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ cup unsalted butter, softened

2 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt

Steps:

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar

Steps:

2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup low-fat sour cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F Line muffin pan with paper liners.
  • In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
  • In a bowl, using electric mixer, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla.
  • Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add sour cream and beat until smooth.
  • Add flour mixture and beat just until combined.
