Lamb chops are a delicious and versatile cut of meat that can be cooked in a variety of ways. Pan sauteing is a quick and easy method that results in tender, flavorful chops. When searing the chops, be sure to get a good sear on each side to develop a nice crust. This will help to lock in the juices and keep the chops moist. Once the chops are seared, reduce the heat and cook them gently until they are cooked to your desired doneness. Be sure to season the chops generously with a spice rub before cooking to enhance their flavor. Common spices used in spice rubs for lamb chops include cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. You can also add fresh herbs, such as rosemary, thyme, or oregano, to the spice rub for extra flavor.

Here are our top 7 tried and tested recipes!
