Steps:

  • Boil the sweet potatoes in hot boiling water for 15 minutes, or until the inside is cooked through. Peel the skin off and discard. Smash the sweet potatoes.

¼ cup butter, softened
¾ cup brown sugar

1 cup finely chopped pecans
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
all-purpose flour, for rolling balls in
vegetable oil

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, cook sweet potatoes in boiling water to cover for 30 to 35 minutes or until tender; drain. Let cool slightly.
  • Peel sweet potatoes; mash potatoes in a large bowl. Add pecans, butter, salt, 2 Tablespoons flour, brown sugar, and spices. Beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth.

2 large russet potatoes, cleaned
1/4 cup sour cream
2 green onions, chopped
2 pickled jalapenos, sliced
1/2 cup cheese sauce

Steps:

  • In a medium saucepan, add 2 cups water, the ghost peppers, habaneros, tomato, onions and salt. Place over medium heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
