One day, I came across this and EUREKA! I had to post because you CAN find all the ingredients at Walmart Super Centers, and most any market that sells Crystal Light. Isn't that WONDERFUL?? SO...diabetics rejoice and enjoy the holidays!

RUSSIAN SPICED TEA
Steps:
- Combine all ingredients in a large mug. Stir to mix. Add boiling water. Stir. Can also be made with cold water and ice.
Tips:
- Choose high-quality tea leaves. Loose-leaf teas generally offer a better flavor than tea bags.
- Use filtered or spring water. Tap water can contain minerals that can alter the taste of the tea.
- Bring the water to a boil, then let it cool for a minute or two before brewing the tea. Boiling the water for too long can make the tea bitter.
- Use the correct amount of tea leaves. Too much tea can make the tea bitter, while too little tea will result in a weak flavor.
- Steep the tea for the recommended amount of time. Over-steeping the tea can make it bitter, while under-steeping it will result in a weak flavor.
- Add milk, sugar, or honey to taste. These ingredients can help to balance the flavor of the tea and make it more enjoyable.
- Experiment with different spices and herbs to create your own unique blend of spiced tea.
Conclusion:
Spiced tea is a delicious and versatile beverage that can be enjoyed hot or cold, and it offers a variety of health benefits. The spices and herbs used in spiced tea can help to boost the immune system, improve digestion, and reduce inflammation. Spiced tea is also a good source of antioxidants, which can help to protect the cells from damage.
