SPICY ASIAN CHICKEN PASTA

Spicy Asian Chicken Pasta image

I LOVE this sauce! It's a bit spicy, so, if you don't want the heat, cut back on the Jalapeno and hot sauce. But I LOVE it spicy! You could substitute shrimp or pork cubes very easily in this ample main dish. Or, leave the meat out completely and add some chopped peanuts. YUMMY!

Tips:

  • Mise en place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all your ingredients and equipment ready to go. This will help you stay organized and avoid scrambling during the cooking process.
  • Use fresh ingredients: Fresh ingredients will always give you the best flavor. If possible, try to buy organic or locally-sourced ingredients.
  • Don't be afraid to experiment: This recipe is a great starting point, but feel free to add or substitute ingredients to suit your own taste. For example, you could add more vegetables, different types of cheese, or different spices.
  • Cook the pasta al dente: Al dente means "to the tooth" in Italian, and it refers to the perfect doneness of pasta. The pasta should be cooked until it is tender but still has a slight bite to it.
  • Use a good quality olive oil: Olive oil is a key ingredient in this recipe, so it's important to use a good quality oil. Look for an extra virgin olive oil that has a fruity flavor.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan: When you're cooking the chicken, don't overcrowd the pan. This will prevent the chicken from cooking evenly.
  • Let the chicken rest before slicing: Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. This will help the juices redistribute throughout the chicken, resulting in more tender meat.

Conclusion:

This spicy Asian chicken pasta is a quick and easy weeknight meal that's sure to please the whole family. With its bold flavors and creamy sauce, this dish is sure to be a hit. So next time you're looking for a delicious and satisfying meal, give this recipe a try!
