1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup buttermilk
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each)

2/3 cup franks red hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon cooking oil
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup ranch dressing or 1/4 cup bleu cheese salad dressing
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
4 10-inch flour tortillas (warmed)
1 teaspoon garlic powder, to taste
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • Pre season chicken with garlic powder, salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Combine 1/3 cup of hot sauce and 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a large plastic storage bag.

La Tortilla Factory low carb wraps are perfect for this, they have lots of fiber and fewer calories than traditional flour or corn tortillas. I always use Frank's Buffalo sauce, but if you can't find it - 1 part Louisiana hot sauce and 1 part margarine works instead.
