My daughter made these when she was in Brownies. These were quite a hit with the girls. You can use a lemon icing, green buttercream icing, or a peanut butter icing--or a combination of all.

Tips:

  • Make sure your muffin batter is thick enough to hold its shape in a cone. If it's too thin, it will spread out and become a flat muffin instead of a cone.
  • Don't overfill the muffin cones. Leave about 1/2 inch of space at the top of each cone so that the muffins have room to rise.
  • Bake the muffin cones for the amount of time specified in the recipe. If you overbake them, they will become dry and crumbly.
  • Let the muffin cones cool completely before filling them. If you fill them while they're still hot, the filling will melt and make the cones soggy.
  • Be creative with your fillings! You can use anything from whipped cream and fruit to Nutella and ice cream.

Conclusion:

Strawberry muffin cones are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion. They're perfect for a party, a picnic, or a simple snack. With a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can create a delicious and unique dessert that everyone will love.
