1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese, Gorgonzola if available
1/2 cup cream cheese
3 tablespoons sour cream
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

6 stalks celery, cleaned and cut into 3 inch sections
8 ounces pimento cheese (I use Price's)
3 drops hot sauce (optional)
