1 1/2 pints vanilla ice cream
1/2 cups toffee chips

Tips:

- When selecting melons for your snowballs, choose ones that are ripe and fragrant. Look for melons with a smooth, unblemished rind and no soft spots. - To make the snowball syrup, use a combination of granulated sugar and corn syrup. This will help prevent the syrup from crystallizing. - When scooping out the melon balls, use a melon baller that is slightly smaller than the melon seeds. This will help prevent the melon balls from breaking. - If you don't have a melon baller, you can use a spoon to scoop out the melon balls. Just be careful not to cut into the rind. - To make the snowballs extra special, add a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream to the top. - If you're making the snowballs ahead of time, store them in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

Conclusion:

Summer snowballs are a refreshing and delicious treat that is perfect for a hot summer day. They're also a great way to use up leftover melons. With just a few simple ingredients, you can make a batch of snowballs that will be enjoyed by people of all ages. So next time you're looking for a fun and easy summer treat, give snowballs a try!
