SUPER ANTIOXIDANT SMOOTHIE
This is a great recipe I came across in a magazine and made some changes to. I had to share (I'm drinking it right now, it's delicious!) It's very healthy, full of vitamins, low fat and low cal, and it tastes like a treat. If you're watching your weight, want to start a healthier diet, or just want a tasty smoothie this is a recipe you should try. Best of all, it's extremely easy!

Steps:
- In a blender, combine the fruit, pomegranate juice, yogurt, lemon zest and juice, and blend until smooth.
- Add the ice cubes, and blend again until it is smooth.
- Note: If using frozen fruit, you may need to add additional yogurt for consistency.

- Combine ice cubes, banana, mixed berries, chia seeds, flax seeds, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and cranberry juice in a high-performance blender such as a NutriBullet® or Magic Bullet®. Blend until smooth, adjusting almond milk and cranberry juice amount as desired. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with sunflower seeds and pepitas.
