SUPER SIMPLE POT ROAST
This is a great way to cook on busy errand days. The gravy makes itself and the roast literally falls apart, you have to scoop it out with a spoon. You can even place the roast in FROZEN if you want just add a few hours extra time of cooking. It is always perfect and everyone eats it up--never much left over for lunches.

Steps:
- Place soups in crock pot and whisk together.
- Add remaining ingredients to crock pot.
- Cover and turn on high for 6-8 hours.
- Serve with rice or potatoes.
SUPER EASY GLUTEN ROAST
Yummy beef flavored gluten roast made in the crock pot, using stuff I actually had on hand rather than the stuff I see in most recipes!

Steps:
- Place roast ingredients in a bread machine on dough setting or in stand mixer with dough hooks.
- Mix on high for 15 minutes. You may need to scrape down occasionally in mixer.
- Set aside for 5-10 minutes.
- Prepare broth. DO NOT make it hot! If using bouillon cubes, crush them and just add to your water, it will mix as it cooks.
- Form roast into oval.
- Place in slow cooker, add broth.
- Set on low, for 8 hours.
- Turn halfway through.
- When done, remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve immediately or place in sealed container or ziploc baggy with some leftover broth.

- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Place a rack on a baking sheet.
- Place chicken, skin-side down, on the rack. Liberally sprinkle with adobo seasoning. Turn chicken over, brush olive oil on skin, and liberally sprinkle with adobo.
- Roast in the preheated oven until the juices run clear, about 30 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
