Yield 4 4

Number Of Ingredients 8

3 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of butter
1 pound of mushrooms
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of red wine
1 tablespoon of teriyaki sauce
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Fresh ground pepper

Steps:

Tips:

  • Use a large pan: This will help to prevent the mushrooms from overcrowding and steaming instead of sautéing.
  • Use high heat: This will help to sear the mushrooms and give them a nice golden brown color.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan: If you do, the mushrooms will steam instead of sautéing.
  • Stir the mushrooms frequently: This will help to prevent them from burning.
  • Season the mushrooms to taste: Salt, pepper, and garlic powder are all good options.
  • Serve the mushrooms immediately: They are best when they are hot and fresh.

Conclusion:

Sautéed mushrooms are a quick and easy side dish that can be enjoyed on their own or as a part of a larger meal. They are also a great way to use up leftover mushrooms.
