Tips:

  • Choose the right beef: Use a combination of ground chuck and ground sirloin for the best flavor and texture.
  • Don't overmix the meatball mixture: Overmixing will make the meatballs tough.
  • Use your hands to form the meatballs: This will help to keep them light and airy.
  • Brown the meatballs before simmering them: This will help to develop their flavor and prevent them from falling apart.
  • Use a flavorful sauce: The sauce is what really makes these meatballs special. Be sure to use a sauce that has a good balance of sweet, sour, and savory flavors.
  • Serve the meatballs over rice or noodles: This is a classic Thai way to serve meatballs, and it's a delicious way to enjoy them.

Conclusion:

These Thai beef meatballs are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or main course. They're perfect for a party or potluck, and they're also great for a quick and easy weeknight meal.
