2 24 ounce Jars of Spaghetti Sauce, different flavors
1 lb. of Ground Beef
1 Garlic Clove
1 Yellow Onion
4 ounces of Fresh Mushrooms
3-4 cups Mozzarella Cheese
Butter

Steps:

  • In a sauce pan over medium heat melt a decent size spoonful of butter. Dice your onions and garlic, slice your mushrooms, and add it all to your melted butter. In another pan boil your noodles while this cooks.
  • Once your onions are good and golden add in your beef and cook fully. As your beef browns shred your mozzarella.
  • Once your noodles are done, drain of water. Once your meat is done, drain of grease. Preheat oven to 360 degrees. Then starting with noodles on the bottom layer your noodles, meat, sauce, and cheese in a large baking pan.
