MOM'S BEST MACARONI SALAD
This is, by far, the best macaroni salad I've ever put into my mouth. It has a perfect blend of sweetness and tartness, and it is so pretty with all of the multi-colored veggies. Be ready for this to disappear before you put it on the table! I have six children, and it is all I can do to keep them from nibbling on it while I'm mixing it up!

- In a large bowl, stir together the carrots, red onion, green pepper, red pepper and celery. Mix in the mayonnaise, condensed milk, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper. Add the macaroni, toss gently, cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours. I usually make this a day ahead of time, and stir it occasionally to blend the flavors. The macaroni will absorb some of the liquid.

Steps:
- While pasta is cooking start chopping up all the veggies.
- After pasta is done I rinse with cool water for a few seconds. This helps the soupiness factor (it will still be soupy just not as much if the pasta is cooled before you add the wet ingredients.).
- Mix in all of the ingredients.
- Place in fridge until it thickens up. It will look liquidy when you put everything together, but that is ok, it will thicken up in the fridge. I always make it the night before, or give yourself at least 4 hours in the fridge so it thickens enough and does not look like soup!

THE GREATEST MACARONI SALAD EVER!!!!!
This is diffult for me to tell you how much of this and that. We never measured anything. The original recipe called for cooked jenno turkey. My Mom started making this salad for holiday gatherings and family BBQ's when I was a child. It pairs nicely with homemade baked beans. Now that she is by herself she stopped making it. However, I had been making it for my own family. So I hear great disapppointment from my son if it is not on the table~ Please enjoy~

Steps:
- The more pasta you add the more salad you will make! Start off by boiling your water for the pasta. You can add salt to the water. Follow cooking directions on the package for the pasta. Once the pasta is cooked, drain, rinse and set aside.
- Once the water for the pasta is started. Get the eggs ready to boil. Remember 10 minutes from the time the water starts to boil. Once they are cooked. I run cold water on them and let them sit. It is easier to peel.
- While the Pasta shells and eggs are cooking I start prepping the other ingrediants. You want to dice the following: green pepper, celery, onion, and dill pickle. You want to slice the olives. (You can buy sliced) Then with a grater shred the carrot. NOTE:Cheddar cheese I buy the shredded. If you try to shred it yourself; it clumps together.
- The pasta shells and eggs should be cooked and cooled by now. Place the pasta shells in a big mixing bowl. then add the items that were sliced and diced in step 3.
- Peel the hard boiled eggs. Slice and dice. Add the hard boiled eggs and cheese to the pasta shells.
- In a smaller bowl: Add the mayonnaise, mustard, dry dill, seasoning salt and pepper, and pickle juice. Mix with a whisk. Pour mixture over the pasta shells. Mix everything evenly. If you need to you can make more mayonnaise mustard sauce.
BEST MACARONI SALAD EVER
My mom made macaroni salad for potluck's, bbq's, picnic's, parties, etc during the summer when I was a kid. She taught me how to make it and I've been making it ever since then. A friend of mine came over for a get together and she added the beaver's sweet hot mustard instead of regular mustard and what a difference. It gave it that little something extra that just makes this mac salad stand out from the rest. Although you do want to go sparingly as a little does go a long way.

Steps:
- Get a pot of water to set on stove to a high heat.
- While waiting for the water to boil, chop the green onions, cube the cheese, and dice the pickles. (you can place the diced veggies in a small bowl and set in the fridge -- you don't want the cheese to get too soft.).
- Add the macaroni to the water and cook until aldente and drain out the water. Allow the macaroni to cool.
- Add the Miracle Whip, sandwich spread, and Beaver's Sweet Hot Mustard and mix well. (if you find you need to add more of the sweet hot mustard please add a little at a time as it can over power the other flavors of the salad and be a bit strong tasting.).
- Next add the veggies and cheese. It should be nice and moist. If it's too dry add a little more of the miracle whip and sandwich spread. Also you can add about 2 tablespoons of water if need be to keep from having too much of a miracle whip/or sandwich spread taste.
- Serve imedately or put in fridge. If it becomes dry just add more of the miracle whip and sandwich spread as mentioned above before serving.
