TRIPLE-CRUST PEACH COBBLER
When two crusts just won't cut it, make it three with this popular triple crust peach cobbler! It's layered with irresistibly sweet peaches, making it perfect from summer all the way to fall. Any season, any time, this recipe never falls short of amazing.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Stir 1 package pie crust mix and 1/3 cup of the cold water until mixture forms a ball. Flatten ball; roll into rectangle, 11x8 inches. Cut into 4 strips, 11x2 inches each. Place strips on ungreased cookie sheet; bake 18 minutes. Set aside.
- Stir 1 package pie crust mix and 1/3 cup of the cold water until mixture forms a ball. Flatten ball; roll to fit bottom and sides of ungreased rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches. Place in dish; set aside.
- Stir together sugar, butter, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, lemon extract and peaches in large bowl. Pour half of mixture in baking dish. Arrange the 4 pastry strips on top. Pour remaining half of peach mixture on top.
- Stir 1 package pie crust mix and remaining 1/3 cup cold water until mixture forms a ball. Flatten ball; roll to fit on top of mixture in baking dish. Cut several holes or slits in crust. Place crust on top of mixture in baking dish; seal to edges of dish.
- Bake about 1 hour or until crust is golden brown. Store covered in refrigerator.

3 INGREDIENT PEACH COBBLER
My mom passed this one on to me and it has been a hit at my house and work ever since. Great to make in a pinch. No mixing required. Yummy served cold or heated. Very tasty with vanilla ice cream. Get a piece before it's gone!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In an 11x13 glass dish, pour in the 3 cans of peaches ** only add in the syrup from 1-2 of the cans**.
- Evenly pour the powdered cake mix over the top of the peaches but DO NOT MIX. Break apart any LARGE chunks of powder.
- Slice the butter into thin squares and lay them side by side on top of the powder. One stick will produce enough squares to cover the top of the entire powder mix.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and place in the center of the oven.
- Bake for 50 minutes.
- Remove foil and place back in over for another 15 - 20 minutes until the top is browned.
- Serve warm or cold.

- Preheat oven to 350.
- Place one pre-rolled pie crust for the bottom crust into an 8 in square pan, (or casserole dish), pinch and shape into place. Put in peaches and juice. Add sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Top with remaining pie crust, pinch and shape over bottom crust to seal. Brush with butter, cut slits and sprinkle lightly with sugar and cinnamon if desired.
- Put in 350 oven and bake until brown and bubbly on top. (about 1 hour).

An old fashioned fruit cobbler made with fresh or canned peaches. Delicious served with vanilla ice cream! If using canned peaches use juice from can instead of water.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly butter a 9x9 inch glass baking pan.
- In a large bowl, cream the butter and 1/2 cup sugar.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt and baking powder. Add to the creamed mixture alternately with the milk.
- Spread mixture evenly into baking dish .
- If using canned peaches, drain thoroughly, reserving the juice. Spoon fruit over batter.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar. Pour fruit juice or water over the top.
- Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 45 to 55 minutes. During baking the fruit and juice go to the bottom and the batter rises.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place 1/2 cup butter in a casserole dish.
- Place casserole dish in the preheating oven until butter is melted. Remove.
- Mix remaining 1/4 cup butter, peaches, 1/2 cup white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract together in a bowl. Spread over melted butter in the casserole dish.
