1 bag (12 oz) frozen broccoli cuts
1/2 cup Cascadian Farm™ frozen organic strawberries
1/2 cup Cascadian Farm™ frozen organic red raspberries
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
1/3 cup Yoplait® Original yogurt vanilla (from 6 oz container)
1 teaspoon sugar

Steps:

  • Cook broccoli as directed on bag. Rinse with cold water until cooled. Drain.
  • In blender, place 1/4 cup of the cooked broccoli and remaining ingredients. (Cover and refrigerate remaining broccoli for another use.) Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
  • Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.

1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup water
1 bag (10 oz) frozen organic harvest berries
1 cup fresh baby spinach
1/4 cup bran cereal shreds
2 tablespoons flaxseed
1 medium banana

Steps:

  • In blender, place all ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed, stopping occasionally to scrape down sides as needed, 30 to 45 seconds or until flaxseed and spinach are finely chopped.
  • Pour into 4 glasses. Serve immediately.

It's very healthy, full of vitamins, low fat and low cal, and it tastes like a treat. If you're watching your weight, want to start a healthier diet, or just want a tasty smoothie this is a recipe you should try. Best of all, it's extremely easy!

1/4 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
1/4 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
3 -5 ice cubes

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine the fruit, pomegranate juice, yogurt, lemon zest and juice, and blend until smooth.
  • Add the ice cubes, and blend again until it is smooth.
  • Note: If using frozen fruit, you may need to add additional yogurt for consistency.
