I was looking for OAMC recipes, and as I was looking at those shops that you can go into and make stuff and take it home, they had a posting for white bean chili with chicken and so of COURSE I had to go look it up on my own and ran across Paula Deen's recipe. - Rinse beans well, cover with cool water, and soak for 2 hours. Drain.
