1/4 cup tomato ketchup
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2-1 teaspoon black pepper

Steps:

1 cup unseasoned breadcrumbs

1 egg, beaten
1 cup crushed corn flakes
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
