STEAK & CHICKEN KABOBS
A steak and chicken kabob recipe that is heavenly and prepped in just minutes. Not to mention clean up is a breeze!

Steps:
- Using 2 gallon ziploc bags place chicken in one and steak in another.
- Pour dale sauce into ziploc bags ensuring to coat each piece of meat, seal the bag and place in fridge to marinate overnight.
- Two to four hours before you are going to grill make your kabobs. Using a skewer place green pepper, onion, cherry tomato, red bell pepper until there's no room left on the kabob.
- Place veggie kabobs in a baking dish and pour dale sauce over the top, refrigerate.
- Turn your grill on and let it heat up.
- While you are waiting for the grill to heat up place chicken and steaks on kabobs.
- Grill until meat is thoroughly cooked and vegetables are charred a bit.

- Cut each chicken breast half into three lengthwise strips. Place the chicken in a large resealable plastic bag. Place the green peppers, onions and mushrooms in another large resealable plastic bag. , In a large bowl, combine the salad dressing, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Remove 1/3 cup; cover and refrigerate. Divide the remaining salad dressing mixture between the chicken and the vegetables; seal both bags and turn to coat. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. , Drain and discard marinade from chicken and vegetables. Alternately thread chicken and vegetables on 18 metal or soaked wooden skewers. Grill over medium heat for 12-15 minutes or until chicken juices run clear, turning and basting with reserved marinade occasionally.

- In a shallow glass dish, mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, sherry, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic powder. Stir the chicken pieces and pineapple into the marinade until well coated. Cover, and marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Lightly oil the grill grate. Thread chicken and pineapple alternately onto skewers. Grill 15 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally, or until chicken juices run clear.

MARINATED CHICKEN KABOBS
This great summer recipe was given to me by a friend years ago. You can put any vegetables you want on the skewers. Don't be worried when you see the light corn syrup in the ingredients, it comes together great! It's a great change. You can even skip the vegetables and just skewer the chicken. Enjoy!

- In a medium bowl, blend vegetable oil, soy sauce, light corn syrup, lemon juice, sesame seeds, garlic powder, and garlic salt. Place chicken in the mixture. Cover, and marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hours.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat, and lightly oil grate. Thread chicken onto skewers alternately with mushrooms, onions, and green bell pepper. Pour marinade into a saucepan, and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Place skewers on the prepared grill. Cook 15 to 20 minutes, turning frequently, until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. Baste with the boiled marinade frequently during the last 10 minutes.

BBQ CHICKEN KABOBS WITH TEQUILA LIME CILANTRO

- Special equipment: 6 wooden skewers
- In a large ziptop bag, add the lime juice, cilantro, oil, tequila, salt, red pepper flakes, garlic and some black pepper. Mix together and then add the chicken. Let the chicken marinate for 2 hours. During the last 20 minutes, soak the wooden skewers in water.
- Preheat a grill to medium heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and pat dry (discard the marinade). Alternate threading the chicken, zucchini and bell peppers on each skewer. Cook the kabobs, turning after grill marks form, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are charred at the edges, 12 to 15 minutes. Sprinkle with the remaining chopped cilantro before serving.
CHILI-LIME CHICKEN KABOBS
I invented this recipe for a quick dinner. I only marinated the chicken for one hour, but I am sure if you marinate longer, it would taste even better.

- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, and lime juice. Season with chili powder, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Place the chicken in a shallow baking dish with the sauce, and stir to coat. Cover, and marinate in the refrigerator at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill for medium-high heat. Thread chicken onto skewers, and discard marinade.
