This is another recipe from my Betty Crocker booklet. I bought this little book for the appetizer recipes..they all sounded great. This one is extremely simple, and I bet tasty too. Picture and recipe courtesy of Betty Crocker.

These BLT crostini were a bit too greasy for my taste. I think I'll try baking the bacon next time instead of frying it.

I had a hard time finding good quality tomatoes, so my BLT crostini weren't as good as I had hoped. I'll definitely try this recipe again when I can find better tomatoes.

These BLT crostini were a little too salty for my taste, but I think that's because I used too much bacon. Next time I'll use less bacon and see if that helps.
